5. Content Ownership and Rights

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • We may change our pricing with 30 days' advance notice
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades are processed at your next billing cycle
  • Free plan users are not charged and can use the service indefinitely with plan limitations
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe

7. Service Availability and Support

Support is provided based on your subscription plan. Pro plan subscribers receive priority support. Support is available via email and may include chat support during business hours.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BizContent AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and Warranties

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BizContent AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Cost of substitute goods or services
  • Business interruption or loss of goodwill
  • Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BizContent AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

  • Your content or any content you submit through the Service

13. Termination

The arbitration shall be conducted in New Jersey, USA and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
